The Florida Union Free School District Board of Education holds a work session and a regular meeting each month.

Work sessions are held on the first Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted.

Regular meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted.

All work sessions are held in the S.S. Seward Memorial Building, 51 N. Main St., Florida, New York, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 

All regular meetings are held at S.S. Seward Institute, 53 N. Main St. at 7:00 p.m.
