School meals in the Florida Union Free School District
Meals will be modified to ensure student and staff safety.  The district will serve all a unitized meal, bagged meals, which will contain all foods planned for the menu.

A typical school breakfast will include:

  1. Whole Grain rich foods like ready to eat cereal, bagel, muffins or protein food like cheese sticks, yogurt or hard cooked egg.
  2. 100% Fruit Juice
  3. 8 Ounces of Milk
  4. Fresh or Chilled Fruit


A typical lunch will include:

  1. 2 1/2  oz of Protein  Sandwich on Whole Grain Bread, Roll or Wrap
  2. 1/2 cup of vegetables or 1 cup of dark green salad
  3. 4 ounces of 100% Juice
  4. 1/2 cup Fresh or Chilled Fruit
  5. 8 ounces of Milk


Snack prices:

  • Small ice cream – $1.25
  • Large ice cream – $1.50
  • Chips – $1.00
  • Rice Krispie treat – $1.25
  • Cookies – $1.25
  • Capri Sun 100% Juice – $1.00
  • Yogurt – $1.25
  • Pizza Slice – $2.50
  • Pop Tart – $1.25
  • Cheese stick – $ .50
  • Fruit snacks – $1.00
