Ruben Mejia - Grade 8
Rylen and Ruben are a powerhouse pair in the middle school band. As brothers and the only
Alto Saxophone players in the middle school band, these talented musicians take on the
significant responsibility of controlling whole sections of music by themselves. Together, Rylan
and Ruben make a mighty and indispensable team.

Tyzhae Hicks - Grade 11
Tyzhea is nominated for her tireless effort and dedication to the Arts program. She exemplifies
leadership and passion, currently serving as the Art Club President. Tyzhaw consistently seeks
to hone her artistic skills, focusing on acrylic painting. She frequently creates and gifts her
original creations.

Everett Misir - Grade 6
Everett is a hardworking student in both Art 6 and Humanities. He shows a strong interest in
exploring different mediums and areas of the arts. His curiosity and thoughtful questions often
drive classroom discussions. Everett is continually seeking new ways to improve and refine his
artwork.
