PSAT:
The PSAT will be offered to all 10th-grade students at no cost on October 24, 2024. This provides students with a valuable opportunity to experience the structure of the SAT while offering detailed feedback that can be used to enhance their performance on the actual SAT. Any 11th-grade students interested in taking the PSAT this fall should email Mr. Kane, our high school guidance counselor.
SAT Prep:
A new SAT preparation program is available to all interested students. This course will be offered outside of the school day, ensuring that students have flexible options to fit their schedules. The program will be carefully scheduled and thoughtfully designed to help students prepare for the May administration of the SAT. It will include both digital and physical resources to ensure students have everything they need to perform at their best. Any 11th-grade or 12th-grade students interested in this opportunity should email Mr. Kane.
Registering for the SAT:
SAT exams are offered at S.S. Seward in November and May each year. Exams can be taken at other testing sites in August, October, December, March and June. Students must register for the exam at collegeboard.org and adhere to all registration deadlines.
