Florida UFSD introduces Anonymous Alerts

Florida UFSD has introduced Anonymous Alerts, a communications tool which enables students and parents to quickly and anonymously report urgent information to school officials.

Although it’s often best to talk directly with a teacher, school administrator, or counselor, there are occasions when a student or parent needs to communicate anonymously. Anonymous Alerts reports can be made using any internet connected device, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smart phones.

To file an anonymous report, go to https://report.anonymousalerts.com/floridaufsd/ from any Internet connected device. Click on the web button called “Anonymous Alerts,” then fill out and submit your report.

If using an iPhone or Android phone, download the free “Anonymous Alerts” app from the iPhone Store or the Play Store.  Open the app, then enter activation code “floridaufsd.”

Message topics for submission include bullying, cyber-bullying, family difficulties, self-harm/cutting, drug and alcohol abuse, student depression, sexual harassment, gang related issues, and strange or abnormal student behavior.

Anonymous Alerts is monitored 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.  All reports remain completely anonymous unless users opt to reveal their identity,
