S.S. Seward Institute Update- 1/20/23

Happy Friday Spartans,

We are off to a great start to 2023 at S.S. Seward! Our Boy’s and Girl’s basketball seasons are underway and our Spartan ballers are starting to rack up the wins. Our cheerleaders just earned their way to a first place finish at their first competition in Dover. We are very proud of our student athletes and so excited to see their hard work paying off. We cannot wait to see what the rest of the season holds in store for Seward!

We are grateful for the powerful presentation provided by Dianne Grossman of Mallory’s Army. With a focus on combating bullying, healthy technology habits, parenting strategies, and school culture, Dianne provided the audience with so much important information. It takes our entire village to raise our children to be upstanding citizens and we appreciate all of the parent and community support that this presentation received. We look forward to hosting more events like this in the future and hope to see you next time!

*We are running a regular 9 period day for both middle and high school students throughout Regents week.

Our National Honor Society is conducting a clothing drive to benefit our community. Please see the information to the right and consider giving to this worthy cause! It’s things like this that make us all proud to be a part of the Spartan Nation!
