High School

Art Club – The purpose of the Art Club is to provide high school students the opportunity to extend their knowledge and experience within the arts. Meet dates are determined by project deadlines. Ms. Duquette

Chess Club – Are you ready to make your move?  Would you like to master strategies to become an ultimate master of chess?  Join the Chess Club and capture the excitement.  Club meets every Thursday in room 254 from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Mr. Slevin

Cooking Club – Are you interested in learning more about cooking or baking? Want to try new recipes with friends? Come join us at the Cooking Club where you will learn kitchen basics and how to make fun and tasty treats. We meet every other Tuesday in room 109 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. No experience is necessary, just return a completed permission slip. Ms. Smith

Debate Club – Are you interested in researching fascinating topics?  Would you like to master the art of public speaking?  Come join the Debate Club and be a part of the fun!  Club meets twice a month on alternate Wednesdays in room 254 from 2:30 to 3 p.m.  Mr. Slevin

Golf Club – Members of the club will learn the rules of golf and golf etiquette. They will learn the game or have the opportunity to work on improving their game on the course once each week, beginning in the spring. The dates are still to be determined. Mr. Geroux

Ski Club – Looking to get out in the fresh air and have some winter fun?  Then think about joining us on the slopes of Mountain Creek for snowboarding or skiing.  Five trips on Wednesday afternoons/evenings. Youth Ending Hunger – Ms. Bonagura

Youth in Government -The program offers students the chance to learn first hand about the democratic process. Students participate in mock conventions, student-run elections, and also have a chance to shadow elected officials from the local government. County Service Day is the culmination of many students’ work toward the goal of a better understanding of our governmental process.  The club meets every Tuesday after school in the fall and then once a month starting in January.
