Jared Verblaauw is a four-time varsity runner here at Seward. He is also our top runner. Jared battled injuries throughout his career and still puts up very impressive times.
DJ Falone is also a four-time varsity runner here at Seward. He brings much valued experience and loyalty to our team.
Shane Phillips is another four-time varsity runner here at Seward. His hard work and dedication makes him a great and valuable teammate.
Luke Blumenburg is a two-time varsity runner for the Spartans Seward. He too is a hard worker and shows his ability by example.
Bradley Vogt is a first-time cross country runner. He has one more varsity season left to play as a student at Seward when baseball kicks off for the abbreviated spring season.
