In the words of the cast…

Morgan Mahoney, a sophomore who plays the Shawanda, will always remember the friends she made throughout this production and how the show changed her as a person. “This show really affected my personality,” Morgan said. “I feel much more outgoing as a person and confident about myself as an actor.”

Ally Dwyer, a junior who is president of the Drama Club, is playing Emily Hobbs. “Emily is caring and nurturing, and I’d like to think that I am caring too,” Ally said. “The whole show is really heart-warming character, and it’s been wonderful to work with such a great cast.”

Luke Young, a junior playing Buddy the Elf, is not a stranger to lead roles. He’s played Gaston in Beauty and The Beast and Gomez in the Adams Family. But this show is different. “Playing Buddy has made me a happier, better person,” Luke said. “Buddy sees everything with the eyes of a child. He’s innocent and always jolly. He has changed the way I look at the world.”

Our talented, young thespians are eager to entertain and inspire you, so bundle up the kids and have a wonderful holiday time, right here at home!
